Samsung unveils Galaxy Z Flip3 and Watch4 series Bespoke Edition

Users in select markets can customize the Z Flip3 with two frame colors and can pick between five colors for the top and bottom panel on the back.

I think this is a good idea. A lot of people get bored with their phone's design and buy a new phone after 2 years just because they want a different looking thing. Now they have the option to change the design dramatically. You don't need to like all 46 color combinations, you only need to like maybe 2 or 3. This actually makes modular design useful again unlike devices with modular tech parts. Remember interchangable parts for modular smartphone where each part cost $150. Of course no one wanted it. But Samsung's implementation makes more sense.

        People that pushed sales on this phone (pre-orders) are pretty f***** now - they 1st couldnt get the new colors and now get presented another option not available at pre orders. It's not a good move.
        Glad I only ever buy plain black, white or silver/grey phones to preserve resell value. Pretty sure it will be hard selling a pink blue one with silver accents.

        Let's hope it pushes sells so we see even more foldables next year. Still a blant move from Samsung. People who already had to wait 2-3 months on their "exclusive" colours that werent really exclusive now will rant even more.

          Tasteless color combination.

            When ads focus on colours you know the product is pretty average. Was a long term Samsung user but the past several years haven't offered much but ever increasing prices.

              when samsung does it (whether intentional or not) everyone piss & diss them
              but when Apple does the same, this same brats praise them ... bais much ?

              I am not a fan any but I find this kind of people's opinion should be thrown in the trash.

                I'm fine with my phantom black. I use a black Araree Aero Flex case for it. The outside colors don't really matter.

                I got a polished granite Razr 5G which is the glossy fingerprint magnet one. I wanted blush gold which was more matte. But I got a case so the color didn't matter any more. People have these tough decisions on the color options when they cover it up with a case which makes the dilemma moot.

                    Instead releasing this so called “bespoke edition”, Samsung needs to fix Galaxy Z Flip3’s battery issue first. Disappointed.

                                  Hey guys samsung is smart and know their z flip3 sell well, that's why they use this opportunity to cash out more for new buyers. If this strategy goes well, believe me that will be another event about it ( maybe another edition). By the way why this color options like copying google pixel 6 color.
