And after that ....meh nothing special .The 8 truly downgrade from 6 and 7 .So there only 6 from them I consider great.

This brand just releases way too many smartphones.

It is still one of the fastest chips, have it on my Moto G100, everything is flying man.
I am really amazed with some of you guys here...

I actually wish Realme would use cheaper chips and spend a bit more on decent speakers and cameras. Instead of the SD870, perhaps use the SD750G for the R9P and the SD780 for the R9P+. Why put a SD870 in a budget phone when it's going to bump the price up and when the GT Neo2 makes use of the chip? It's like there's no strategy or thought put into their lineup.

                3x telephoto in pro+ , 3.5mm jack, 400-450 eur

Mikeromeoz, 25 Oct 2021I... don't know what to say. Wouldn't these two P... moreThey get big profits. They probs bought sht tons of sd 870 and mtk dimensity 1200 lol and then keep using em.

I... don't know what to say. Wouldn't these two Pros intersect with GT Neo2/Master Explorer segment-wise? I have my doubts with these info.

Unless maybe, say, the 870 in the regular pro omits the X55 modem so it's LTE only, like what Xiaomi did with the X3 Pro and its 860. That might bring down the price a bit.

This is a rant, but still, I don't like that they keep releasing phones one after another like it's going out of style. Some of their recent products are indeed good, but none of them is of any real significance. They don't offer anything that would give some 'color' to a very saturated market.
I mean, take a look at Xiaomi, realme's very nemesis, and their recent products like the OG F1, Mi 9T, M3, X3 NFC/Pro, F3, and the RN10P. Xiaomi might have a lot of blunders lately, but these are killer products that gives their name a mainstay. They made a difference in their respective segments. Mention a realme that leaves a mark like these products do. Let's see... realme GT. I can't think of anything else off the top of my head. They all seem generic.
See, this is the problem. IMO, realme's 'flooding the market' strategy works real good in a short term, but I doubt they can maintain it. Besides, it gives them a bad outlook.

Hopefully the camera will be better. Realme phones never had great cameras, even their lagships.

Let's be real here peopl are gonna complain that this doesn't cost $200 when it realeases

This having a SD 870 will just remind me of the Poco X3 Pro which came out with SD 860(overclocked SD 855) in 2021.
It's fine, even SD 855 is plenty of power in 2021, just struggling a little bit in Need for Speed games on Dolphin emulator.

A garbo 108MP sensor and the inevitable duo of 2MP sensors I bet. Realme phones are cheap and not good at all.

Not saying it's a bad choice, but it is old.

870? Old? It's only been 8 or 9 months since the first phone with it came out.
