According to Anandtech, they seem to say that it's actually not Krait cores, but Cortex-A7 (regarding comment about reserving 28nm for Krait).

Sooner maybe China-only phones would become like Japan-only phones.. I mean some Japan-only gadgets have innovations we, the rest of the world could only dream of, right?..

look likes processor got more punch everywhere.. x86 arm and friends
i'd like to see just 1 core processor with stable android with long lasting battery,, not big mAH but really good power saving processor.. just hh for browsing all day...
