well there probably getting rid of the stocks of iphone 5. ready for 5s. its been 10 minutes since the last phone im sure were due for a new phone soon. personally note 2 best phone on the planet something apple can only dream about. from the leading maker of smartphones. Samsung

I think Apple is getting desperate to clear out the stock.
My former manager, who used Iphone 3 & 4, is now considering Note 2 or GSIII, My wife who also used Iphone 3 & 4 also is "not" interested in Iphone 5. She may still continue to buy Iphone, just unlike Iphone 4, which she bought almost when the phone first released, will wait until her current iphone 4 is really "dead". (she bought the extended warranty in which the phone was replaced around the 22nd month)

To streamline their manufacturing process and reduce fragmentation for 3rd part devices and other attachments caused by the new chargers. It must be strange for an Android fanboy to actually see a company address fragmentation.

if apple really wanna achieve something then they should make iphones available in most of the country outside US in same price range what they offer in US... ofcourse the unlocked version... apple started getting rot coz its value is declining in the share market...

apple is now old phone,they can'nt make any changes but they make problem for wifi and when u save number without country code.when some one call you.you just see number without name and battry problem.i think apple and Nokia are same now

50$ discount +400$ more discount should be a fare price for this phone. It should be atleast 100-150$ less than s3, one X, RAZR max Hd and so on.
