Anyway, I'd prefer they continued with Qualcomm. I just love their performance and endurance, which I'm enjoying so much in my Xperia Pro.

That's ... moreWell, dear Sir, I would like you to notice, that it is quite normal to have components from another company in your device. It's not a mistery, that there is a lot of Samsung displays in smartphones of many brands. There were times, where every second TV have had Sony or Sharp displays. There where also printers that where equally the same, working with same drivers, but selled under different brands. Known brands. Maybe it's just my opinion, but I think, that what truly matters while choosing device for yourself is the "finishing touch" you have: UI, design, quality of materials and details. Customer care. Warranty. The true greatness is the ability to take the best from wherever you want to create the masterpiece. That's what truly matters and that's Samsung doesn't have: great components, but overall impression is that they just make junk. Look at Galaxy S3: a beast that looks like an oversized toy. Sorry, if someone feels offended - I don't mean to make anyone mad, maybe someone likes this design. It's just my impression and that's what makes me choose Sony or Apple for example - the feeling of something serious and solid.

How come Sony is ending up using a Samsung chipset? That's like IPhone using third party software :-/
Samsung inside, Sony outside. I seem not to like that hybridization.
I really rely on Qualcomm's chipsets. I have an Xperia Pro, powered -only- by a second generation Qualcomm CPU and GPU and it's giving me plenty of responsiveness, enough power for nowadays gaming, and, it's fast and not laggy at all. This for me proves the awesomeness and endurance that a Qualcomm's chipset has to offer in an S4 chipset.
I hope this rumor is not true. It can be a bit "better" but I rely on Qualcomm's high-end endurance chipsets.
Any complaints? Agreements?

The only thing they are ahead with is the camera quality and thats it. 1080p screens already out as thus is the screen of choice by the looks of things for next year's flagship. Yes the memory is new both ram and Rom. If you didn't know Exynos is Samsung's chipset so surely other manufacturers are planning similar devices. And really would you not get a bit pi$$ed ofwith Sony bringing a new flagship every 6 months. After spending a lit of money on xperia S the several months later xperia T and now this. You would want a good job to pay for this. One every 12 months is enough not 3.

I used to own S2 and Xperia s when I'm playing 3D intensive games like contract killer zombie, asphalt 6 on S2 the phone lag a lot after 20 minutes of playing any of those heavy games. I played the same games on my xperia s No Lag, actually Adrino GPU in gaming performance a bit better than Mali 400. Snap dragon chip set isn't that bad in daily use true it's not smooth as Exnoys chip set but it does has way better WiFi connection than Exnoys chip set.
