Integral of (general quality+beauty +intelligent design+value for money+good customer service+lightweigt design+product lifespan+allround consistency+technology generosity+very high customer product satisfaction after purchase) dx=SAMSUNG + K, where K is a constant, which mean king of mobile phone manufacturers. As a Note 2 owner: stock rom and only trusted market apps. I am not worried about issue, Samsung still the best on the market. S4 and Note 3 will prove it again.

Acknowledging and repairing the flaw is exactly what any ethical company will do. No one can expect any company to produce flawless phones or chips anyway.

On which platform did this occur? iOS. :-P

"ios and windows also sometimes chrashes"

When in fact, it very very very very rarely crashes in comparison to android bro. Don't even try to drag the other 2 innocent ios along with your glitched android. Android's has malware galore and its not even close.
