I got The premium Suite update this morning here in Pakistan,enjoyed the new goodies for whole day and still playing with them....my impression is - Wow!! I have never loved any smartphone that much before!! Overall improved performance,colors n display has become more vibrant n vivid,Improved battery and memory management and lot of other tweaks.....for those from Pakistan asking about update,check it in your settings n you will not be disappointed (:

I was told by a member of samsung staff last week that the update would be today. He was very specific so when i read this article it gave his words more credence. He was working in the samsung section on John Lewis in Westfields Stratford (olympics) ...He knew his stuff

Was really lookin forward to the facebook shortcut on the lock screen.. unfortunately it says "no content to display"... having said that.. fb for android has always been pretty crap.. and ebay needs to sort its app out so it accomodates "split screen" mode.. other than that i is lovin the other "USEFUL" bits of the updatee. Well done google and samsung :-)

App integration on the Lock Screen is a thing Android phones could do for ages, just install a different lock screen.
And by the way, because something is a logical step forward, doesnt mean, it got stolen from somebody else. Heck, where would we be right now, if the world would work that way, that you cannot use, what others used before. Please now, stop this nonsense, this childish behaviour, every OS would really suck, if you wouldnt be allowed, to integrate usefull things in it. I like something, that works great and has a lot of features, instead of something crippled, because to do something that is normally easy, in a way, which is totally uncomfortable, only because somebody else used the easy way before. If everyone would think this way, technology wouldnt be near to where it is now. Patents are for actual technology and not for things like where to put the fork before a meal.

Still getting the same message when i try ova and I almost thought I had the update when i just loaded kies but it was for the kies update NOT my firmware....:/
