During the call, does a person at the other end hear noise around you or it gets filtered out properly with a multiple mic setup?

Whatever headphone or earphone you use just increase bass in equalizer. Increase it gradually. For example 2 - 4 - 6 if you have 7 slide equalizer. Keep the middle and right the same 0. It will kill sharp sounds and sibilance. If you do that and the left one is near full increase this way 1 - 2 - 3. Good luck.
