Man no its not. Its ... moreDo you even know what copycat means, ffs? Man, go and gain knowledge on the topic first if you must argue it. It's absurd that one could look at this phone, yet claim that it's not a copycat. A shameless one at that.
That said, now, let me address your claims, some of which are either baseless or flat-out lies:
1. Yes, this has larger battery than iPhone 13, but also a larger footprint. But, despite having larger battery, it'd most probably have significantly lesser endurance rating.
2. It has same RAM size as iPhone 13, but would almost certainly be much more slower. Miles. And same applies to storage, except that the iPhone's least variant is this phone's largest.
3. More pixel count, yes. So? The camera on this can't hold a candle to the iPhone. Even in the best lighting condition, it'd take grossly inferior photos.
4. Way faster charging? Really? And you know that exactly how? Fanboys are really funny, aren't they? The iPhone charges at 23W; this phone wouldn't make it past 18W.
5. OS is entirely down to personal preference, so is in no way objective! But, preference aside, this phone can't hold a candle to the iPhone in performance. Battered and mauled.
If I was an iPhone/iOS user, the only things I would want from this wannabee are SD card slot, USB type C and 3.5mm jack.
Comparing this phone to the iPhone outside the purview of looks is absolutely silly. Only thing 99% of people would note when they see this is that it duplicated the looks of the iPhone. If you can't see that it's a copycat, no lens could help you!

Would like to get my hands on this phone to test the Harmony OS. Definitely i will buy this if launched in Indian Market.

That alone would be costlier than the Unisoc that powers the phone.
Be realistic, they can copy the design, but they can't fill in all the features integrated in the design.

Copies like these are a compliment to the original. For those who cannot afford the original it's a solution and those who can afford the original will not consider a copy. Also in China.

NO need some £d super duper whatever tech . Pointless and more money in manufacturing.. For such mid ranger If they would install just single punch-hole cam it would be more attractive.. Ohh strange samsung and huawei and other can do without massive notch right ?

This trend been always .. And it doesn't harm or damage anyone.
You think that only apple is original because you only been born later.. But you have no idea how apple copied sony and others in distant past.

I don't care that Gionee "borrowed" iPhone 13 design. It looks nice. But promo pictures are misleading as hell. This phone has the same dimensions as Redmi 7, and the same screen diagonal, just a bit taller aspect ratio (20:9 G13 pro vs 19:9 Redmi 7). So the bezels will be nothing like on this picture, they will be huge. When I compared it with iPhone 13, which doesn't have the smallest bezels in the world (and on pictures, Gionee has much smaller bezels than iPhone), it's even worse! iPhone 13 has 4 milimeter smaller screen diagonal than Gionee, but Gionee is a full centimeter bigger, and a half centimeter wider.
The rest of the specs are quite normal for ultra low budget phone, so I won't complain about that (OK, only 3500 mAh battery in such a thick phone?!).
I think that most of the people who bought this phone without seeing it live, will be disappointed when they see device lookig nothing like in the promo materials.
That is why smaller smartphone brands will never become major players in the smartphone world. They promise to much, but never deliver all of it.
So, scam me once - shame on me, scam me twice -shame on you (and go to hell).
