Besides, it's still going to have 3 more years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches. If you need a phone now, you should look at the s21 series on February 25 when the s22s start shipping, prices are going to drop already.

For a person who spends that kinda money on a phone so unnecessarily, I don't think $50 is neither a deal breaker nor it's going to require them folk cut back on steak for few meals, or brew at home instead paying $10 daily on latte. It's such a unnecessary discount, that could add the bottom line of Samsung so handsomely.

according to this post the s22 ultra costs 1,150 dollars. a discount of 50 dollars would just mean 4.3% of the full price. wow, now i'm gonna buy it! hahahahaha

Finally ordered from my google fi account and got 600 bill credit without trade in. I opted for my Note20 ultra trade in - they offered $407. I will try to sell my Note 20 Ultra at 500 if possible, or else, i will take the trade in. Pretty good deal from Google fi.

I tried few times from the app and also from the desktop website for the unlocked 256 GB Green S22 Ultra model - it's being timed out. If I don't add any accessories, it is giving me option to buy the phone but I don't want to leave the sweet $250 bucks!

haha...reservations were so low that Samsung had to repeat same promotion again.
Remember how S21 sales were below expectations and a disappointment for Samsung.
Surely S22 will be same. even worse.
