The vanilla k50 also has a d8100, but the 48 mp cam is the same as the poco F3(imx 582), and if the cam software is tuned incorrectly there's no saving the camera with Gcam. The Gt Neo might be the one to get if the cams are better of the two. The k50 with the d9000 will definitely beat the neo 3 and the k50 vanilla tho, if the price is right and the unit is sold where you are.

If the Dimensity 8100 delivers, and the phone's price tag remains similar to the GT Neo 2, this will be a fair candidate for the android phone to get in 2022. The 8gen1 and Exynos 2200 have been disappointments, so people are eagerly awaiting phones with MediaTek soc's.

                    It's a struggle to get through 12 hours without another article on this phone.
