It will be a lot harder for misbehaving apps to get around the new smarter monitoring logic Google is introducing.

I doubt this feature was not available sooner ... But longer the wait better the bait ....

    cannot wait to not get this very useful feature since i don't own a flagship and not planning to own one ever.
