In the long run, Microsoft WILL capture market. No doubt in that. And Nokia will be the one name people associate with Windows Phone.

So ... morei beg to differ on htc camera i use htc handset and the camera is noware near as good as nokias cameras i havent seen the camera on the 808 but the camera on the lumia 800 is better than htcs 8x and the camera on the lumia 920 has by far the best camera on the market at the moment dont get me wrong my htc is a supurb handset but if i need to use a camara i always use my wifes lumia 920

Nope. Your comment lost credibility the very first line. "Camera" is the third most used feature on a phone after "calling" & "texting".

Again nope. It won't be. Reading is a good habit, read Nokia's white paper about 808 PV. It's not only a big sensor, it's a big sensor combined with Carl Zeiss Optics and Oversampling Algorithms. So, no bigger sensor ONLY will not make it a batter camera.

This is the stupidest thing you could have said in your life. Why would they have to increase their sales by 110% when they can make profits at lesser level of sales?

And no, I'm not ready to say goodbye to Nokia. I bought few thousand more shares in yesterday's slump because I know they are going to have triple value in next few years when I retire. Stop spreading BS just because you adore Sony.

though I am not a Nokia and Windows Phone fan, but I like it when Nokia is coming back. The market now too boring with Samsnug and Apple. With Sony, 4 players, even better!

I said the Exmor R is better than a CMOS sensor. And it is. If Sony would put a sensor of the same size as in the 808 on a phone, you can bet it would be a better camera. If they don't put it, it means they have a goid reason not too(it's not making financial sense).
Better look at those YOY smartphone figures from Nokia:-55%!!!
To reach the same level of sales by the end of this year Nokia smartphone sales will have to grow 110%
On the cheap phone market Nokia has no chance against cheaper and better Chinese phones. So be prepared to say good bye to Nikia soon.

Nokia made a REAL profit for Q4. Net cash is UP, and most importantly, ASP for smartphones is HIGHER than it has been for yours! Smartphones ASP is close to 200, that is incredible!

5.0 or 6.0 or 7.0. Android will always lag. Even if samsung puts more powerful chip inside it will still lag. And the software update at first it smooth. But 2or3 month later it will start to lag. And to those android fanboy out there. If any of u guy using window software. Go to hell.And one day u guy will know that samsung is crap. Nokia is still the best. And mictosoft software are better than ios n android..

Nokia would be wise to concentrate on Siemens Network division where they have potential. They can be the best in networks.
Bottom line is profitability - this is business, not charity.
Give up Devices and Services. It's already a bullfight arena between Apple and Samsung and you're sending a goat. In a separate report, while (Android owner) Google's revenue and net income are up, even their very own Motorola Mobility couldn't recover. Even other manufacturers using the common android platform cannot wrestle the market from the two giants.
