I have used every OS that is out. And they all have their ups and downs. IOS was simple and clean but was too lock down everything needed itunes which was good and bad for me. Android gave me the freedom of doing things was a good change from iOS but not every Android phone gives you the same experience as they have low, medium and high end phones. Of course the high end will run well because of hardware. I believe Android has not fully optimize hardware and software yet. Where ios don't have a range of phones like android it will work well. Because software and hardware are design from apple. With Blackberry BB10 some same it works the same as N9 by gesture, i believe so but BB10 is total different experience. I have used N9 and love it but it lag a bit phone was good but didn't give me a great experience. For the haters stop telling yourselves that its shit and go out and try it before you judge it for what it can and can not do.
I am going to spend my money and try BB10. Its up to you how you all want to spend yours, I'm sure you deserve it. I, one love technology an open mind is always good. thanks listening to my opinion.

As usual, haters will lurk this thread. Do you really hate RIM or threatened bacause of your OS might look old (actually there is one, and hard to catch up). Its up to you to bash, stick on your current phone or jump ship, your choice, it's our choice if we stick to RIM I mean BlackBerry. Problem? *trollface*

Looks good.
From what I have read (on other sites) the OS can directly address issues on enterprise management of BYOD. Gives the IT dept alot of control over work related stuff while not effecting anything thats private.
It appears to be quite powerful.
There is one problem though, I have read that BIS will not offer the same unlimited browsing experience for a flat monthly rate anymore. While some services like BBM will terminate on the BB infrastructure, the rest will use the carriers network infrastructure.
In Africa this has always been the big draw of BB- the unlimited internet access at a fraction of the cost of any other SP.
One carrier did confirm that BB10 will no longer come with a the packaged BIS but remained mum on what packages will be offered. Older devices, however will still have the facilities as before.
So it remains to be seen how well the new OS competes given that it just lost its main draw point for the standard end-user.

OK, compare price in western Europe, or Canada, US, with price in central Europe, Brazil.... and then say something ;-( But...for that quality, why not? BB is excelent. You still have choice on ebay. Previous models is now cheaper, and still excelent quality with new OS10. So...?

It sure won't attract the 'specs kiddies' but their base users have always been the corporate users. This will only probably gain back the few who left and give them a reason to stay. Indonesia should be happy!

i think the price is high, higher than sgs3, the touch handset i think, anyway this UI is much better than the thumbmail menu of WP which is to boring, this handset is good

This OS is going to be so popular, how do i know this? The haters and fanboys can't seem to make up their minds.
1st it looks kinda like meego, then someone else says this is just like WP, then yet another person says it's like Android, and another person Ios, even to the point where someone says it look like Belle.
Everybody already wants a piece of the pie, or they feel threatened by how good it looks so far.
Why don't we wait guys to actually handle the phone to know whether it would be a success or not.

Meego is now owned by a new company called Jolla.
And Belle is no more, nobody owns it, it's just gone.

This is not fare for Blackberry user , When i Buy A new Fone After 2- 3 Months Blackberry launch new fone and not upgrade option is available for old fone , can Blackberry user 7.1 os is upgradeble os 10 ??? is availbale then no problem isn't then i ll not but any new mobile bb... pls help me
