Yes it may not be what you're after and you've not even used the device. Apple did not not copy a lot of manufacturers with having different colour devices, Samsung did not copy Apple by doing away with the 3.5 headphones jack., hell no it was by chance 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

Start of video made me think I had sound corrupted. It wasn't, it was just video stuttering and lagging like it was corrupted. And then the presentation was apparently recorded on a potato. Terrible video quality and even worse audio.
I know Nothing doesn't have the budget to blow on presentation like Apple, but come on, this is your big reveal, the official announcement and it's executed so poorly?

It wouldn't be a surprise if they also outsourced the design (but didn't know BYD was involved in ODM. Though they just did they manufacture) Even larger brands like Xiaomi don't design over 70% of their own phones

Because ODM is also desgin, not just assembling like Foxconn does iphones and pixels.
Basically it is buying a phone and just put software there.
