L4, 06 Sep 2022Yes so after the update on the Normal screen not dex, go to... moreI know this. But it does not make sense from a usuability point of view. Upon activation of DeX the taskbar should be simply deactivated. I think this is a bug that needs to be addresses quickly.,

JLC, 01 Sep 2022Hi All, can anyone else confirm this problem after upgrade ... moreYes so after the update on the Normal screen not dex, go to settings and turn off Taskbar then go back into dex and it will work. I guess there being 2 task bars cancels them both.

Hi All, can anyone else confirm this problem after upgrade to the 12L-based One UI:
The new taskbar also appears in DeX mode and this way hides the actual DeX bar. It makes DeX unusable currently, at least on Tab S8 Ultra.
Without a keyboard, you can't even get out of the DeX mode without tricks.
The only workaround at the moment: deactivation of the taskbar.
@GSMARENA: I could not find any report on this on the internet. Maybe something you could report on?

I'd like to see more applications optimised for the tabs large display. Like twitter and even google apps can show the 3 row layout like Samsung's native ones like the health app. The Tab S9's might bring ProCreate to Android, which will give it an extensive lead over the iPad Pro's.

The Tab S7 and Tab S7+ should get the 12L update as well. Heck, the same for Tab S6 and Tab S6 5G. They are still a good buy in 2022.

Don't think a people this much gullible, this much submissive and lacking this much in common sense ever existed. They'll still be perfectly fine when OEMs will remove headphone jacks from laptops, motherboards, cases and then remove USB port from phones and force wireless charging. Oh, they call it "technological progress"!
These people claim to have the most free in the history, but in fact these are the most enslaved in the history.

Indeed, I'm truly free from their world order, their lowliness, stupidity, foolishness and falsehood!

How on the earth are you ok with tablets without headphone jacks? Next you're gonna defend laptops, even desktop PC not having headphone jacks!
