This is excellent review in regards to audio quality. Other reviews (in general) barely talk about sound in so much detail, that a reader can really find out how the headphones sound.

This review does not tally with my experience. These buds are better than this review makes out, particularly in microphone and call quality aspect.

Best ear buds I've ever owned. The case is perfect to slip into your pocket or any bag. The sound is amazing; the base is surprisingly good. ANC is great, but don't expect Sony XM4 level quality. Switching between devices is a breeze. Highly recommended.

At least done by someone who is not sponsored or who actually has some experience and can evaluate the sound.
For example, try to find a review for Sony SRS-NS7 that is not positive when it comes to sound quality ... and they sound really bad, even worse when you have something like old Bose or Monster to compare it to.

Having owned the last iteration which bricked for no reason at all and would no longer work after just a year, which was ast the warranty date, I won't be supporting any more pixel buds.

Hey, would you mind sharing that wired earbud collection of yours?
I've been looking to get something to go with my LG G7 and was considering some Galaxy Buds 2, but not sure if the convenience is really worth it over something wired.
