I'm very disappointed with the design, also No microSD slot. the battery can be OK because qualcomm's chips are efficient enough. the display should be amazing. I'm curious how will work the camera and the loudspeaker.

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2013think its a typo!No , not a typo ... it's 4 Mpix sensor with larger pixels i think it's 2µm in diameter instead around 1µm used in most of the sensors in today's sensors . It should essentially mean that the sensor , even though it has a smaller pixel count , capture more photons and give a more accurate information about captured pixels to the image processor . Found a text that is easy to understand about the sensor itself .
Glad to see that HTC is bold enough to break a myth , that was almost obviously just that - a myth - all along .

Samsung can have their headaches start t... morebut itz really tough to compete n beat samsung wid its upcoming flagship S4... htc has to put all its effort...earlier i thought S4 n XZ will be two best droid of thz year but now i can say thz phone is sure much better than XZ n the top two droids of thz year will be S4 n htc one... now lets see who stands above whom... recently m using S2 n i want to upgrade to a 1080p screen phone n my choices will be between htc one n S4...

Htc one has 1080p screen, optical image stabilizator, like lukia 920 does, hdr video on both cameras, slow motion, hdr microphone, ultrapixel camera, 32/64 Gigs, and the probably will offer extra storage on Dropbox, highest ever ppi468, dual speakers from beats, 4G, and lot more... It is beautiful, it's a phone with class, it's with aluminium back, not plastic as on s3 or note2, .......... I'm going to buy it. Xperia Z and S4 not for me.

I don't know why people are dissing the LG Optimus G Pro so soon. For me, it has most of the things I am looking for in a (small) tablet device:
Expandable memory - check
Changeable battery - check
Massive battery - check
Bigger screen (5.5)- check
Full 1080P - check
As I'm look for a Galaxy Note replacement, I will definitely be checking this one out. As I use my Note as a *tablet* (too big, for me, as a phone), and mainly for surfing and video's, it has a lot going for it. I don't really want to drop down to a 5" (or less) screen which most of the 1080p units seem to be.
I will reserve judgement until it arrives. On paper, it looks very promising. So, please, give it a chance before knocking it!

Old DSLR with just 8MP still far better than today big pixel phone, except PV808
I'm a noob in photography. But that's all I know

HTC at it again, with no expandable memory and small battery, another FAIL, waiting for that beautiful 1080p Super Amoled display on the S4, and all the new features it will bring. HTC still not listening to their customers.
