AnonD-68106, 01 Mar 2013Apple patented what? Already invented technologies? In fact... moreYou seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of patents. No one is suing anyone because they created a device with the same function as another company. It's the design. Samsung's been doing this for years. They did it to Motorola with the Blade (Razr....Blade, get it?) RIM with the Blackjack (Blackberry...Blackjack). Apple is just the first company to really stand up to them and call them out for their blatant copying.

Apple patented what? Already invented technologies? In fact, Apple inc, is that moronic company who has copied others work. Long before apple launched its first iPhone, companies like Nokia was making smartphone with symbian OS. Apple got an inspiration and started fooling rich customers with its products. And not only this ipad type touchbased devices were already invented long time ago and Microsoft was the first company who introduced its Windows OS on tablet like machine years before apple ''invented'' its ipad. Apple just copied the idea. So, in a nutshell, who is copying? Further more, I do not understand the patent laws of America. If one is powerful like Edison, he gets the fruit out of others hard work.
And on one ground, apple is claiming anything about something being copied? Its own products are using hardware manufactured by others companies especially by Samsung.

I don't like Apple, but this doesn't look so good on Samsung... Remember, they do this all the time in their own country. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/asia/tax-evasion-bribery-and-pricefixing-how-samsung-became-the-giant-that-ate-korea-8510588.html

The good old revolving door. Looks like Samsung is stepping up their government officials buying spree to the international level.

LOL looks like money can buy almost everyone in this planet. What Samsung has done is normal for a company of its size. Same with Apple. Big companies seek all unethical means for the growth of their companies. It's just the fanboys who elevate the makers of their electronic gadgets to a level of god. They assume that just like god those companies have to be perfect and ethical.

                                  Ofcourse didn't!
                                  Why?
Because, ipad is bad, ugly and unusable compare samsungs products!

[deleted post]Samsung has a much worse history of bribing public officials than any other tech company out there. You tell yourself what makes you feel better, but it's easy to research past precedents on Samsung unethical, borderline illegal and full blown illegal actions in the past. It's just not a topic that most fanboys know about or like to acknowledge.
