They do release the ROG phones but skip the Zenfone perhaps because of weak sales

still no Sony, isn't this so called flagship with a compact body, microSD, 3.5mm or only 12MP camera which they say is the best? Even geeks like GSMArena don't include in the top 5.

sohail shafayat, 27 Dec 2022So, you have tiny hands! I know people who have big hands but still prefer compact phones.

As much as I like the Pixel 7 Pro, I'm also tempted by the vanilla Pixel 7. Of course, you don't get the telephoto camera, but not everyone cares much about zooming. What I like about the vanilla Pixel 7 is the screen size and its flat panel. As for the refresh rate, 90Hz is already more than good enough for me.

I do love the ASUS Zenfone 9 a lot, but I really find it ironic that ASUS won't officially sell the phone in my country when the Zenfone 8 wasn't the case.

DMX, 27 Dec 2022I don't know why the iphone is on this list if it'... more

While partly true, by that logic we should ignore most phones from tge past few years, because after Samsung came with their first foldable, pretty much all phones are nothing more than same slightly tweaked devices.

Innovation (which I don’t consider foldables to be) and changes to phones are long miles and miles behind us, simple fact.

Because the smartphone as is hit it’s limits, innovation would mean starting something new, something that lacks any of it’s current designs.

Foldables fall under that too, because they are “a foldable smartphone” and nothing more.

Which is fine, as long Google, Samsung and Apple keep giving long OS support, there is no reason to not keep a phone for less than 4 maybe even 5 years by now.

Except that it will make phones more and more expensive because lack of sales, but I guess that is a fair sacrifice.

                      So, you have tiny hands!

I don't know why the iphone is on this list if it's the same as last year and the one before that!! but as it is a simple personal list!!
