After what happened with M2 MacBooks, Apple is in a very tough spot right now. Obviously we will support them.

      1. They have much longer upgrade cycles than in the late 2000s and early 2010s, probably not to anger those who just bought the old model a couple of months ago
      2. They prioritize the iPhone so I guess all 3nm production will go to iPhone first, then the „vanilla“ M3, and only then M3 Pro/Max. I guess we at least a year away from MacBook Pro with M3 Pro/Max.
