The GPS in my S22 is often slow to acquire its location and Google Maps has always complained about its accuracy ever since I bought it in March 2022. The cellular antennas are quite poor at picking up signals and result in lower reception (and lower speeds in poorly served areas) compared to iPhones and Pixels I've compared it to. Disappointing.

Samsung is the most expensive android option and the most overrated phone manufacturer after Apple. Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi & all their current and former subsidiaries are 2-3 generations ahead of Apple and Samsung. Batteries, charging speeds, photography, everything....

Forcing users to only have 256GB option is BS. I don't need that much memory, yet if I want S23+, I need to pay more for absolutely no damn reason. That's not a "new normal", that's same nonsense as NVIDIA is doing with graphic cards. Inflating prices and claiming "see, it's so much faster than last years model". Well, I don't care that you made it so much faster. That's your problem. I just expect same class of device to stay in same price range, not constantly creep up in price.

They got in trouble not bc of their phones, but due to their networking equipment + getting caught selling stuff to Iran (google that one if you dont believe me).
As for money, they have money. It's one thing not being able to make phones but that doesnt means you cant make them for someone else (design and all, and the other company just slaps its name on it)

Absolutely disappointing. The US prices are just right - in mere numbers.
The 128GB offerings only right to exist is just for allowing the claim that the series starts below the magic 1000 mark, while it actually isn't, really. 128GB in 2023,.. everybody knows.
In particular SAMSUNG, which made the 256GB the new normal, which is perfectly right.
SAMSUNG sets the bar again, while It certainly will take APPLE another 5 years to admit that ;-)
