Some get the Exynos 5 Octa model, others the Snapdragon 600 and the lucky ones get both.

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2013Which version is better in terms of performance and battery life?I believe both are equivalent in performance the only difference is 19505 supports 4G netework and has Snapdragon600/1.9GHz processor while 19500 does not support 4G network but it has Exynos5(two processors i.e. 1.6 GHZ & 1.2 GHZ). My personal choice is 19505 but for that you should live in a country supporting LTE

    I do not understand Samusng...
Why most of Europe and America gets the quad-core, and Africa gets octa chips? Is there some reasonable explanation?

You can be shure that Samsung in this ways, says that all countries that matters: get Snapdragon...all "others" will get Exynos - the cheaper cpu!
Samsung plays dirty becuse will sell different quality under the same name! Something like you buy Ferrari but with Citroen C1 engine... :)

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2013Which version is better in terms of performance and battery life?I would prefer the Qualcomm I9500, better battery life and I'm pretty sure the perfs will be the same or better.

Would I be right in assuming that, this report is, about as reliable as King Canute's effort in, trying to divide the sea like Moses. :)
