Dont know like your country but here in Slovakia unlimited data, calls and text starts at 14 euros.
I will believe somewhere in country like china or india will be even less maybe 5 eur or so.

Mostof that is on some stupif contract where in the end customer overpays that device 2 maybe 3 times.
