Asus is really lousy with updates.... the original Padfone, which originally a flagship, is now sitting permanently on ICS with no JB on the horizon. Asus is only bothered about the Padfone 2 and Padfone Infinity. go buy a Padfone 2/Infinity and be forgotten b4 there's a chance for 4.2 and dont dream of getting KLP.... and Asus's products are expensive as hell as well!

I have installed new software update yesterday. I have not experienced any positive as of now but disturbed that battery power consumption rate has atleast doubled. I was proud of padfone 2 battery before this update but now it is ordinary like my earlier Samsung s2.

Before everybody cheers about the updated. Remember ASUS firmware updates will end before the devices warranty ends. Ask any tf101 owner.

I do love the concept... But what i don't like is... The length of time it took to be officially launched in Indonesia... So i ends up buying sgn2... Maybe later when the used is cheaper... :D

And GSMarena is not lying on the battery test. I get 4 days on the phone part. And that's with my iPhone 5 getting barely 2 days (wifi Bluetooth LTE on) and 1 day for my sgs2.

It's a great concept and update, but for most of us here, I think we're comfortable with a separated tablet and phone. :P
