Samsung is rolling out the first update for the Galaxy S23 series

It's a small update that focuses on bumping up the security patch as the flagship trio launched with the old January 2023 patch.

Battery life on my S23 Ultra (both standby and active) is significantly worse after this update.

        Neph, 20 Feb 2023I hoped they would issue some camera software update. Afte... moreIt's funny, but I noticed this in a lot smartphone cameras these days.

        I can't speak for every single phone out there, but judging from my iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, picture quality isn't quite what it used to be. Pictures are over-sharpened, and colors don't have this natural yet appealing look it once had up to the iPhone 11. I don't know what's going on, but it certainly looks like they sacrificed certain aspects for low light photography.

        And don't get me started about that terribly artificial bokeh effect seen on more recent iPhones..

          Noice. This feels like Apple experience and I'm liking it. Seen this news, checked the software update on my S23 Ultra and behold, the update was there and it's has installed in just few minutes.

          There are also Modes and Routines updates and Bixby updates in Galaxy Store.

              I hoped they would issue some camera software update.
              After two weeks of daily using I truly miss my old S20's camera as it was simply better at daylight shots. Videos and night shots are indeed better on S23, but daylight photos are most frequently used I think and these are just worse on S23.

                    Well, for the price they ask, they should give you not only security patches and updates but in-box charger, a simple case and a 200 credit or a gift to redeem online.

                    They are crazy, and every maker is follow, Apple start this thing. Stop Sammy...we dont need to pay more than a 800 for a flagship.
