I'm amazed that nobody so far brought up the position of the camera. In the picture, it's so far to the edge, that it's in the heavily curved section. The glass cover over the lens should have some sort of negative influence on the picture quality in that setup. That, unless the sensor itself it placed in an angle, which then would cause the flash to be off and the making of pictures would become 'interesting'.

I don't think this is the iPhone 5S, I think this could maybe be a mockup (rendered or printed) of a later version of iPhone. Maybe 6 or 7. I must say that it looks pretty legit. I'm a 3d artist myself, and I can't really see anything that screams fake. The screen looks a bit flimsy, but if it's dirty and photographed under an angle, it looks the same IRL.
Maybe it's just a simplified study model and far from finished. I can only hope it comes with rear-touch and 3d screen :D

It looks like one of the Nano versions... Maybe it's a new Nano design? Or, maybe they are going back to that design for all their devices? Who knows...

Focus at the second image, it looks like it was pictured from a computer's screen. I see a slight reflection, but maybe I am wrong.

It looks exactly like a patent that they recently filed for curved screen tech? But this could be somebodies fake version or possibly an early iPhone 6?

it may be a fake and no it looks nothing like a Lumia 920.
Apple do have a pantent for that design so you never know. Would be refreshing again for another new design.
