How do they keep up with release after release? We are only reading about these phones Samsung have to provide support and repairs etc .Surely they cannot assign a team to each phone they release its not productive or good for profits..

HTC, Sony/Sony Ericsson and Samsung both bring out flagship after flagship.

The HTC one was suppossed to be that just one but then they brought out variations so that tactic failed.
Sony,Sony Ericssons Xperia range were their flagship Smartphones now they are all Xperias so that failed.
Samsung Galaxy range seems to every other phone they bring out no wonder the normobs confused to hell and easily sold an inferior phone on expensive contract?

AnonD-100039, 12 Apr 2013Good luck with that tiny battery!Yeah. Correct. It's bad, Samsung just put 2,600 mAh of battery to a 5.8" screen. Their Note 2, which has a 5.5" screen has 3,100 mAh. Bad Samsung, bad.

Anonymous, 12 Apr 2013Is Samsung trying to release a phone for each measurement b... moreBetween 4 and 100 inches is more like it! I know touchscreens r becoming ubiquitous n we'll probably have touch interfaces in everyday objects like tables n furnitures n even utensils in a few years (Microsoft certainly think so) n wearable computing is starting 2 make waves n will surge soon. However, that don't mean u gotta insanely stretch n bloat d screen sizes of smartphones! Of course, I'm pretty sure there r ppl who won't mind tagging along with even 10'' "phones", but 4 most of us 5-5.2'' is the absolute max limit 4 a device 2 b called a "phone"! Samsung n the Droid Army of course beg 2 differ. I'm pretty sure they're gonna patent prosthetics soon which magically enlarge our hands so v can enjoy these big beauties! Lol!

I personally think d smartphones of d near future will be wearable devices n of course flexible too with some novel form factors, cos at some point no1's gonna buy any larger "phones", there has 2 b a practical limit although 4 many of us it's alrdy been reached. Of course, there r countless things 2 improve in the phones rather than jst d screen size, but, try tellng that 2 d manufacturers! Research into better n longer lasting batteries for e.g. is still lagging greatly n is astonishingly slow, but, nobody seems 2 be funding or boosting their rapid development n most of the promising lab tech is still years off 4m commercial use. Most of the companies jst follow d bigger is better bandwagon! However, they might soon find out that too much bigger is ac2ly bitter 4 their biz!

When companies start thinking like this (million of same design & everything), it is the start of decline. Self deception, you know.

I think it will sell even more than 5 million if Nokia Lumia lines all together sold 4 million worldwide and they are nothing to be compared with this great mid range device.
