it looks like htc will make phones only for china from now on. all the five recent midrange phones have been for chinese market. rest of the world have to shell out more money and buy expesive high end models

Is it just me or is anyone else finding the HTC logo on the front at the bottom not nice. Its on either side of the HTC logo. Even on the HTC one it didnt look nice, because you thinks its a button itself. But this design looks no good. They should go back to designs like the thnderbolt, Wildfire s, sensation, desire or something more like the windows devices they have outed.

These tiny sensor produces bad pictures, even in 4MP.
HTC is bluffing!! If you want a good camera phone go with Nokia and no i don't mean a Lumia (920, etc.), but a 808 PureView!! Yes it's not all about megapixels... It's about the technology behind it - and of course about the physics (camera module, lens, sensor...).

Now that I've seen the performance between HTC One's Ultra Pixel and "normal-pixel" on that of Galaxy S4, I don't think HTC really needs to continue their useless new camera technology. Instead, maybe it's better if they went back to normal-pixel camera sensor and optimized it to the fullest. I still prefer iPhone 4S and Galaxy S3 camera to it.

I wouldn't have released a phone with a camera module of only 4MP. Be it UltraPixel but still there are very few pixels. Waiting until technology evolved and offered at least 8MP would have been better imo.
