The problem with the functions you want is that everyone charges the phone so everyone wants to do it quickly but hardly anyone uses the sd card or the radio

The amount involved is much much larger and Govt of India has already frozen assets of the company accordingly. In fact the company has requested to unfreeze the assets for their operations to continue unimpeded. The violation pertains to funneling out money disguised to avoid local taxes. Even the banks involved have been given notice. So law will take its own course… no escape here

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2023More like Indian government targetting Chinese companies be... moreNah! Indian government is doing exactly what it needs to do. Anti-China rhetorics are not limited to India, they are everywhere in the world. Why, because Chinese by the help provided by their CCP government are engaged in tearing apart every Non-Chinese company in the world by copying their products, infringing their rights and then launching in their own country under the protection of their government. See the example of all the Automobiles/Cars, one just need to Google or watch YouTube videos to know the truth.

Secondly, don't worry about the Indian working class they will grow, Chinese companies never benefitted them actually.
Oppo-Vivo evaded huge taxes earlier and now MI, they are always trying to do forgery with the help of the CCP.

Lastly, I understand where you are coming from trying to show the good side of your government and the company.

Healthyheart, 11 Jun 2023Why on the earth you need 120W charging speed ? At all ?... moreAre you serious?
We have reached the limit of battery capacity on current technology, the only progress is fast charging.
If you are afraid of these numbers, you can still turn off this option in the settings and continue wearing your foil hat😂

Samgsam, 11 Jun 2023Nothing new seeing chinese companies doing such things. Goo... moreExactly. And Xiaomi will make a deal with the regulators as the Indian market is very attractive and growing. Standard business operation.

In contrast, look at BBK exiting Europe in a heartbeat. If there were not much money to be made, they would just bail out quickly.

Sam, 11 Jun 2023Chinese company doing chinese things.. More like Indian government targetting Chinese companies because they need to pander to anti-China rhetorics. Pity, the only ones going to suffer are the Indian working class. Indian politicians that keep trumpeting anti-China are rich.
