Who hotswaps a sim card or an sd card? It's not 2011 anymore. Most people have sd cards over 64gb and data plans with 8gb or more.

No wireless charging coils. It's a shame because I'm curious about the Fairphone in general, but with the EU decision to make removeable batteries mandatory, I don't see much of a reason for switching.

You realise that you can buy a 5 € jack to usb dongle on amazon and keep using your old headphones, right? I mean how illogical and unpractical can a person be to cry every year over something that most probably won't vome back? If you can't adapt to this simple things, and make a whole conspiracy out of it, without checking the other solutions out, how do you even survive?

Then the manufactures started taking it away so they could sell you their expensive wireless headphones.
So we all have headphones, we all have 3.5mm Jack. They make up the problem and the solution is just pay us more
People like you parrot it forward and here we are.
Your solution is that we pay more, buy a new product wich is temporary cause the batterys dont last, has to have own plastic package, has to be shipped, batterys can not be recycled and poison the earth and water that we consume...all thoose eco unfriendly things
On top of costing more then most pay for a smartphone.
Then we have to take our perfectly good wired 3.5mm headphones and what?throw them in the trash?
And repeat the process in a year, two, theee when the battery starts to suck.
How people dont see this is mindboogling to me. And that they defend things like this...
Your USB-C solution is less of a problem cause of no batterys but it is still 80% the same. Buy new product, packaging, shipping, CO2, throw old away
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, it goes in that order
If it works use it. Any solution that requires customers to trash perfectly working things to buy new ones is not a solution. Add to that that the new thing is worse for everybody and here we are.
People need to start using their brain more

If you already get paid good enough think for a second abot the 90%+ of people in this world that dont, put yourself in their shoes and see how would you survive the whole month with 10% or less of what you now make
And no, this people dont have a choice, not every country is a first world country
