Sony is pretty slow in getting their engine started. Hope they gain the momentum soon enough, one Xperia Z is not going to hold their ground for long.

watever update u get, there will be issues coming along with it, not a single smartphone is bug free and perfect.
as soon as 4.1 is available, u guys will start complaining that 4.2 is not released.

whenever a phones gets an update, it gets a new lease of life... we ppl get bored of our phones pretty fast and a new software update is like a brand new phone itself.. so the next time u indulge in mediocratic commentary get ur facts straight and try to think things from every aspect possible...
and the points i mentioned just scratch the surface... m sure if any1 more enthusiastic abt modern tech devices read it he/she will be more than happy to show u the road..

gosh! you people are weird! all you want is update update update, it's like you just bought the phone to update it! if the company update the phone you're like "too late blah blah blah" if the company stops support you'll be like "lame shit blah blah blah" if you just want the OS then use an emulator & just run the latest one on you PC! otherwise just enjoy your phone & also JB might be the last update to the 2012 line, but it's also the best Android out there, so don't be so ungrateful!!

sola is 2012 phone and yet SONY did not put it into the list, the spec are more then enough to support the JB.but..... really disappointed with Sony and I can be very sure, this is my last phone with Sony.. no next time. bye bye SONY.

My sola is dead and will never be updated.Oh why SONY? Why? My sola cand handle JB 1ghz dual core cpu and 1gb ram is enough for JB.

Pathetic. Sony is losing customers by releasing updates so late. This is how flagships get treated in sony. Anyway I welcome the update for my ion.
