so..time for a change and innovation! I hope Apple can do that better than Nokia. After all we don't want Samsung to remain without competition-it will be like HTC back then with Windows Mobile 6 devices.

mybe if their updates woulldnt render phones useless. They especially need to fix the wifi issue.
Many are without wifi and some without bluetooth and sevice now. Even resetting doesnt work for most. If you are not under warrenty then you have to pay for a replacement....to fix their mistakes....SERIOUSLY!?

Far from doomed but I guess Apple profits would still have to go down. They are hoping low-cost iPhone will be their saving grace but low-cost was never Apple's expertise. The low-cost model and the loyal following will hold the market share. Or perhaps they're thinking the held market share will increase content consumption or iTunes sales. Keep the market share. Keep the profits coming albeit lower. The devs are happy, Apple gets to keep them then. I mean, it's getting harder and harder now for devs to breakout in the Appstore with all the competition. They just might go Windows or Blackberry.
