It's Google, what else would you expect ?...

Finally we've found one phone that can bend 360° other than the surface duos!

People will defend a bad design like this for 1800$ but will ferociously criticize manufacturers for not including a 20$ charging brick. I love the human mind.

Maybe they will improve on the 2nd version of the pixel fold. watched the vid and it really surprised me that it snapped it half, i was really pleased that this doesn't have a gap but hoping they would fix the hinge on the next version. i love the size of the pixel fold against the galaxy fold. might wait for the second version before replacing my flip 3

To be honest the bend test is totally useless when they dont use pressure plates to know how much force it takes to bend. We can see the hands start shaking on bending but that dont mean much if we dont know the applied force. It would at least be an interesting list to see bend test on how much force these take on bending when some phones frame gets crushed and then on how much force it took. Like Iphones use to bend well from there antennae lines or some other phones from the side mounted fingerprint reader

To those who say JRE's foldable tests are unimportant:

Imagine you leave your foldable phone unfolded on your couch with one edge leaning on the back of the couch and the inner display looking down. Let's say someone sits down on the couch without looking or a pillow was hiding your phone. Afterwards, it would be in a similar condition as in the video.

Don't know if it's just me, but this particular durability test seems a bit... off. Normally when JerryRigEverything does a durability test on a folding phone, he cleans off the dust before doing the bend test, and when he does the bend test he starts trying to bend the phone while it's shut and then bend it backwards (like he did here). Of course as we can see, he did...neither.

Living in a country where we have for 4 months more than 32 C temp I have to say that none of google products can work under some more heat. I used to have a pixel 3, 4, 5, 6 pro and a pixel watch (still have the watch) and all of them just stop working after 5 minutes of GPS navigation. They reboot, or lose sim connection, they get automatically to safe mode etc.... Thing that never happened with a Samsung device at 32 C. Every single year, from May to October I have big issues. I love google devices and google with Android is like apple with iOS. Google is the mother of all Android devices. They are the ones writing the code and the OS is most compatible with google products but I hate how google only make their devices work the best in the US ignoring the rest of the world.

shock horror if you bend you phone beyond where it should go it breaks or gets bent out of shape my gosh that is so strange. And a phone that does not like heat quick water, water.... I can't take the shock 😲

Pixel fold durability is trash for a 1800€ phone, that’s what this video shows
