Sony XS was the first Sony flagship but last to be updated? Why? That's ridiculous.My next brand would definitely be Samsung. I don't care if their phones look cheap. Their aftersales support is waaaaaay BETTER than Sony. Sony's think tanks should be fired for not learning how to care for their customers. I hope Sony can read my post but for their information Xperia S lagggggggs a lot! I was tempted to get the Z but it also stutters. Ridiculous.

why is the xperia S always the last for updates??
the phone was the like the icon for xperia before the xperia Z...sony should work faster on android update for all the device... 5.0 is around the corner and we are now about to get jelly bean

For over a month or two, I've been enjoying JB in my Xperia V. But I'm worried if it could reach Android 5.0. Unless Sony skips the 4.2. Please Sony, dont let me down. :/

Sony, I think it's time for quit making smartphones..
if you can't race with Samsung & other Company that use Android OS, then it's not good for your name "SONY" to stay at the tail of list in all smartphones features as quik update - Battery power - etc..

Anonymous, 24 Apr 2013I honestly love Sony's design for their android devices eve... moreYah that really is their lowest points , i really hope this year they really should stop releasing too much phone so that there software team can catch up and and next year all 2013 will be update faster. Sony doesnt need to be the fastest release of updates. Releasing too early will be not too also good since stability issue will be the next problem. Anyway i saw their effort from xperia t, v and z line up, they fix as fast as they can. And thats really a good positive news. Lets hope they learned they lesson.

hmmm if the battery performance is improved on my acro s and the ui will be smoother and less lagging I will stay on sony, but if not then it's goodbye SONY for me..I will stick to samsung...I just shifted to sony just because they have a bunch of great looking phones...and I saw that acro S has a 1900mah battery..which made me think that it has a very good battery life, but it failed. maybe because of ICS...so for now I have to patiently wait for jellybean.

Hey guys , happy to let you know that I've just updated my XP to Jelly Bean one hour ago. The update didn't show up in the Update Center the phone has, so I suggest you connect your phone to the PC. It works really good, no lag. The camera bug has been fixed also.
