That's a no from me unless there are different sizes. The original is just too small, perfect for those with smaller wrists but on me, it looked like a toy and I could barely read notifications, never-mind reply to them etc. The bezels are also horribly wide and the depth is too chunky.

Google don't care about showing off how their pixel products look because their pixel products are all about software, the changes between each pixel phone have been minute, and their watch is ofc identical. If they were to make another fold or tablet, that would be similar too.

They don't want to make drastic design changes so that older users of the first pixel watch feel bad about not having the newest thing. It has been proven to be an effective tactic by Apple for the last decade. You need to make your customers feel good about their choice if you want them to come back.
