Then try A34 with Dimensity 1080 (7050) you will probably not see any difference too!
If you don't care about numbers, this is how it works.
On most tasks, A34 is even snappier!
                      https://youtu.be/lmnJTWtkCKI?si=gVGUWWWdFue-L9Zb

Plus despite a bigger 1000nits 6.6" screen compare to 6.4" on A54 and the same 5000mAh battery, A34 has a better battery life!

Everybody knows Samsung's 5nm process used on Exynos 1380 can't even match TSMC's 7nm process...
Dimensity 1080 uses TSMC's 6nm which is even slighly better.

Not due to the soc itself, as it is plenty powerful for my use, actually had to look up the specs before posting - which says a lot to me about how irrelevant it has become as phones from 400 EUR and up typically as plenty powerful for most people.

Age and desire for type 1 main camera and hopefully a flat screen of +/- 6.8" is what makes me long for a new phone a little bit.

This has already been the longest I have had a phone as my main one ever. Which of course is very good. Got my first phone afew years back (1999) and I'm happy to see phones are getting to the point where changing them out every 1-2, or even three, years is no longer "necessary".

Not for me. I still have my 8+gen1 smartphone and I don't intend to buy new one after 2 more years.

Guys still waiting for your Xiaomi 13T / Pro review pleaseeee... I'm thinking how it will compare to the older Xiaomi 12 series.. performance wise, camera wise. Thx

No headphone jack - instant pass, regardless of the rest.

If a phone has headphone jack, OIS, decent camera, good screen, high refresh rate and acceptable price, it's a candidate. The only thing my A52s lacks is a decent telephoto camera with OIS. I'll consider upgrading when the new device has it all and more. In other words, I'll consider a new device when it is an upgrade, not a replacement that costs more and lacks in features.

To sum it up: Price is not a deal-breaker, it's a turn-off. I can live with an expensive device as long as I know what I paid for (when everything else is fantastic).

This is my position. Yours may be different, and that's fine.

About prices, A34 starts at €321 in my country. Against 13T that starts at €361, its a no brainer which is a better buy. Seems like my fellow countrymen also agree with the 13T being almost sold out now.
