one step at a time, this FY maybe due to the assets, 2014 we will see more good stuff from Sony such as PS4, Honami, Togari, etc.
I have seen quite a lot of people buying Xperia Z and heard that it is popular in Europe, especially UK

Good for the company to show a profit... but... that comes mainly from selling assets and not from regular day to day business... the growth of the mobile communications segment vs. 2011 is there because they counted only the 50 percentage share of Sony Ericsson for 2011 (as stated in the financial report)
All the best for the company.. but from an investor point of view that's rather mixed news... far from good

I Support Sony and Nokia, they are good in giving a user a great design, great feature..I dont want them to disappear in the field

Like example, during the lflirts quarter of the year 2012, the installed chipset in xperia s, acro s, and ion was qualcomm scorpion line up only. The product entry of Qualcomm was s4 pro, ptime and it's entry level. And just look at xperia t and v. They are faster in updating these product and they are using qualcomm desperation s series here. Maybe there is a issue scorpion series of Qualcomm in transition updater ics and jbs.

The reason Sony was able to post a profit is because they sold two pieces of real estate. One is their building in Manhattan at 550 Madison Avenue, the other is a "Sony City Osaki" in Tokyo.
The bulk of this profit came from those two sales.

Sony is a great company but they releases too many types of devices especially in the xperia line up. I believe that contributes greatly to users getting updates late. They should follow patterns that make other companies successful BUT still remain different. Sony has the best electronics design for years and they can do better in specs too. LONG LIVE PLAY

Sony will make a big comeback and will blow any other tech giants out of the water. I know they will do good this year with their mobile phones and I can't wait to get a Sony Xperia Honami before the holiday season starts! Good job Sony! Best of luck and God bless! :)
