The preorder deal was better for most of these devices. The S23U was $800 off with a S22U trade in but they gave a free upgrade to 512gb and $50 off pre order credit.
The Z Fold 5 was the same thing. Trade in a S22U and get $1000 off plus a free upgrade to 512gb and $50 off pre order credit.

Re. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 there are no savings. The reference site posts no discount and the claimed $600 discount on this site is just a made up number. Sorry, GSMArena, this article looks like copy-and-paste job with NO added value but with the wrong (fraudulent?) discount amount.

What kind of Samsung discount week is this? The S23 Ultra was cheaper a month ago than during this week. So, this whole "Samsung Week" has nothing to do with the real, additional, discount, actually. Just marketing campaign.

Even though it'll lose updates in 2.5-3 years, the S21U maybe a good choice. It goes for around 350-450 on Amazon and very good SD888 chipset. It may not be the newest and have cool feature out of the box but its definitely worth checking out.
Same goes for the iPhone 11 Pro if your not a fan of Android-based devices (teens aren't fans btw). It's one of the best iPhones I heard you can get. They are at the same price range as the S21U (depends on storage).
Overall, you should go for 2/3 year old high ends if your on a budget less than around 375 dollars

Meanwhile Samsung UK store only sells refurbished S20 series! Almost at limit of its software support and still £500!
