Apple announces "Scary fast" event for October 30, new Macs expected

        I’ll never buy a Mac ever again..... I only got 4-4 years of updates for my $3,000 MBP. Also, I loved the touch bar and 4 thunderbolt ports.....i dont like the new MbP

                  The neutered SSD will show its slowness when you start doing data transfers or swapping for RAM. Considering the price Apple charges for these macs, it's ridiculous to see them cutting corners like that.

                        My Lenovo legion with Ryzenn 7 5600H, 32GB ram, 1TB disk space and Geforce 3070 8GB bought for 1790 euros is at least 4 times better and faster than said apple computer which for same price barely gives 8GB ram and 256GB storage.

The fact is it's single NAND SSD (because Apple is too cheap to either use 2x128GB or just use 512GB as base config). and only have half the bandwidth of the M1 mac with the same config. Embarassing for a trillion dollar company to cheapen out on storage, which is a cheap component.
