Ahh. Finally.
They need to launch more devices with stock Android. Most people love the fluidity that comes with it.
The toppings of Touchwiz, Sense, Motoblur and stuff may add a few things, but sure make the device slower.
I'd rather have a faster device with no addons.

I'm still using it (for over a year now) with stock Android (4.2.2), never need to restart nor flash anything. I'm a hardcore user, but I almost never get force-closes. And it is very fluid, just today I was chatting with a friend (gtalk), listening to music, Skype was on, and I was playing a somehow hard-core game (for the graphics), and everything was just fine.

Why would i buy a Galaxy phone with a stock Android UI ,the most important reason which would make me get the S4 is that i loved The new TouchWiz UI ,and of course the amazing specs .If i want a stock android experience ,i'll buy a nexus device .

if it does, then this will be the greatest move done by samsung.
if it does not, then there is no difference if it's stock android or not.
you will be left with limited internal memory.

vrex, 16 May 2013 lg nexus 4, flaship in 2012 was priced at 300$. samsung's ... moreIt's no nexus, it's a google edition S4, ps the Nexus series isn't top range more middle range in order to be affordable but the Nexus 4 was a top tier albeit not so top, and still affordable but sold as a nexus, whereas the GS4 google edition will not be branded as a nexus and will be sold for the same unsubsidised price as the regular S4... Ps imagine the most powerful phone on the market running stock android... every software limitation by samsung has been removed, and i for one am looking forward to buy the HOT piece of TECH

WOW! Impressive Samsung! Finally they've manage a smart move against HTC's flagship. So many complaints about GS4 was a crappy design turns out it was still the best selling phone to date. And with this new promo impartnership with Google im sure this will boost again GS4 sale worldwide. Not to mention that this is the first phone will sport High-End specs with microSD and STOCK ANDROID! (except for the Galaxy Nexus of course). So far GS4 is the only phone with so many variants available check this out:
