The Good:
3.2 Touchscreen..with touchwiz
8 megapixel camera, auto focus, face recogn...yada yada yadah
WVGA (720x480 pixels) recordin..sweet!
and has all the regular highend goodies BUT THE BAD:
No Wifi....:(
Overall great phone but for many that 1 bad could be a deal breaker...
There we go the N8800 Review! no need GSMarena i managed it! ...lollllll

Samsungs putting alot of pressure on the others nowdays with the 8 mega-pixel camera mobiles,but its the Software an Ease of use that turned me away from some off there recent mobiles,also the prices of these mobiles a way to expensive nowdays thats why i have dived in yet getting the i8510 an i am sure this new mobile wil be very expensive indeed, so some might like the looks but can"t afford to get it,thats whats going to happen nowdays with any 8 mega-pixel being released

Good to see WVGA (720x480 pixels)@30fps. I was expecting wifi though. Any update on internal memory? I'm sure there will be lot more to come from Samsung. Cheers!!

but i want to know one this, is the flash a XENON or ordinary one,
making an 8 megapixel wiht out powerful flash is use less,

donnie, 25 Sep 2008still not impressed whenever i have had a smasung i have b... moreDonnie: I have an E71, and while I like the build quality and design of most Samsung phones, with exception of Innov8, they lack a proper OS so the initial excitement is short lived. The E71 is the most 'useful' phone I have ever owned. It's camera is the opposite of the M8800, a 3.2MP Autofocus with LED flash that while OK in daylight, is hopeless in low light. But other than the camera, the excellent keyboard (better than BB Bold, try it!), versatile features, stunning design and build quality, long battery life, Fm radio, multiple wireless connectivity options, speed and usability make it the best productivity phone out there. I tried to convince myself to get an iPhone, but attempting the same tasks took so long, as did it with the Samsung Omnia, which while sexy, is based on Windowz... You will love your E71! (Not knocking Samsung here, just praising the E71!)

hahhahahah samsung is a joke!! i so desperately waited for the omnia to be launched in my country.. and it did yesterday with a price tag of 820$ yh thats right! and now bresson with no wifi ..wonder hw much would they price this price of junk.. im off to the lg kc910 renoir oor nokia 5800 tube camp
