This could be a good competitor to the forthcoming Sony Xperia SP, which has a very similar spec sheet.

Seriously would it hurt if Samsung had any high spec phone other than the s3 and S4? The specs here are too much of a compromise. This phone is just an S2 ++ . This phone could have been a hit with people who don't like big phones. Why not quad core 1.2 ghz with HD screen for example. This would make it probably the best mid ranger in the market, while still being a step behind the S3. Well, better wait for the X phone then if I don't like 5 inchers.

Regarding hardware it is mini but interesting enough regarding size it's not "mini" at all... 125 cm is the best size for mid-range phones.
