Some of them are usefull some are borring and some are just waste of disk space.
Anyway from more than 8 billion people on this planet probbably more than half use their phones for just calls, text, brownser, messenger, faceboook, whatsapp and tik tok. Less than 10% would gaming with their phone and maybe a 1% will know what is object eraser and how to use it.
So a minority of people is definitely not important. If majority wants big phone with best possible specs on its own.
Only maybe 0,0001% of the global population are a tech geeks who would use their phone to 100% of its abilities. Rest just does not care and will use the basic they need.
Thats a fact.

this phone is getting close to planned obsolescence.
i can assure that dimensity 700 would run like helio p35 after android 15 update 😱😱

I am using Samsung galaxy a54 so ..it's been a while I didn't get the latest one UI 6.0 based on android 14...I am in Bangladesh so I didn't know when will the update will appear....pls help me to know when will come that update....I am waiting for so long ...and some news says November 20 to 26 or 26 to 30 ..but I didn't get updates...pls anyone tell me ...when will come

Those Apps brings you features that Google adds years later to stock android or sometimes just exclusively to Pixels (for instance the Object Eraser). Let alone OS-level features such as split window, pop-up window, task-bars and more that Google added later to Android.

Anonymous, 28 Nov 2023sometimes 2 years is not same as 2 generations of updates99.99% of the time this is the case. It started with Android 11, got updated to Android 12 not long after, then Android 13 followed last year and Android 14 is on the roadmap. The A14 5G got it well ahead of the date on the roadmap so it could well happen.

Users of A14 5g with 4gb ram should think carefully before updating. If you think your phone already sluggish and laggy now, it will get worse under the heavier OneUI 6.

I think the last version would be Android 15 and gonna be a rock stable version, also on the Galaxy A34 as well. The rest of newer models of Samsung and newer chipset keeps rolling out the future Android versions

Well you canhave even 100+ OS updates as long as hardware wont keeps up with OS and App updates it does not matter.
And in case of Samsung A14 it wont last long because the excessive bloatware known as billion samsung apps compared to zero bloatware in stock android will degrade your hardware by speed of light in a vacuuum.

Its so disappointing while the other region got speedy update. While here in SEA region, even A73 , A54 didnt get that fast. So far only S23 series and z flip 5 got it.
