Oneplus definitly isnt going to destroy samsung, and they have sales that are nowhere near the sales of samsung. For reference, Its estimated that oneplus has sold around 11 million smartphones this year so far, while samsung sold over 18 million s23 devices in the first 6 months.
To make my point clear, even though a device might seem like its a better value for money (and maybe it is), it doesn't matter because the company that has much better brand recognition, reputation, and access is still going to sell much better.

What exactly is a... moreIt's a sensor that can measure light in visible, infrared, near infrared, ultraviolet and several other frequencies. it can help in better depth sensing. example: if you have black hair and stand in front of a black wall, then visible light spectrum can not detect the edge of your hair. but infrared can.

              Even with all these good camera specs, the image processing is one of the more important parts, and oneplus is notoriously bad at processing images that have lighting that's any bit shy of average. And yes, I know you could use the pro features or install Gcam, but im thinking through the perspective of the average user, and the average user doesn't utilize those things; they just point their camera, maybe click to adjust the focus, and then take the picture.

              So in the end, Oneplus will still have inferior cameras compared to Apple Samsung and Google for the majority of users.

                        But I expect the 12 to be in the middle price-wise, $799 probably, because of the upgrades. If it stays at the same $699 price then that'll be a pleasant surprise.
