I bought the A05 for the FM radio, better 3.5 output and dual apps like Messenger for my work and comparable on speed but random stutter and lag when too many apps open or chrome tabs slows it unlike the realme.

And they also turn on lockscreen ads occasionally without warning. I wonder why they kept doing that on their phones that mostly have AMOLEDS now even on low ends. What could go wrong with lockscreen ads on an AMOLED screen?

This use to be a forum where people exchanges information on the topic itself.
Now we get the self absorbed who literally cannot comment on anything so makes it all about themselves. nothing on 3 phones in question, Just mush.

I usually refer to CPU-Z, Kimovil and Notebook Check for details about chipsets, apparently it's their mistake of providing misleading specifications for specific chipsets. I find them comparatively trustworthy, but these mistakes in specifications are a hitch

I get the security concerns, altough I have already ordered something online for a lot of money on a phone with an outdated OS, with no issues, so I'm personally not scared, but I get it.

You people have terrible misconceptions about updates. Updates are for security measures not to add constantly new features. You get updates every month, the ones provided by Google to secure OS, plus you get big fixes if any and additional new updates. In other words it makes your device fresh not slower or buggier. The phone without updates is as useless brick, the time your phones stop getting them, you know you have to start looking for new device or you risking yourself for exposing your device to vulnerabilities, it does not matter it works fine. Considering everybody using their phones for all sort of payments and most important information containers, you want your phone to be as secure as possible. But you right about one thing, Samsung sucks.

safin asa, 18 Dec 2023No offense, but have you ever use a samsung phone?I have, they were good until One UI, and I was a Samsung fan until that point, now I would use a phone from any other brand rather than Samsung. They made a foldable phone series, which was very impressive in the beginning, but every other brand making foldables has better devices now and as for anything else regarding their phones, they haven't moved forward at all. The only "advantage" they have at this point is there software and their software support, which in my opinion are both negatives. Constantly having to update my phone just for a couple of extra features and some potential bugs, which yes will be fixed in the next software update, but that also might introduce some new potential bugs and/or slow down the phone.. just seems so pointless. If a phone is perfect right out of the box, which it should be, it doesn't and shouldn't need any software updates.

My friend didn't listen to my advice just like you, now he's suffering with a slow and unpredictable Galaxy a14 4g 4gb ram. I told him to buy infinix note 30. Now he regrets Samsung, and always complaining about slow charging and many times his phone doesn't charge only after rebooting.

Now they're taking down comments that are discouraging people from buying Samsung-branded products, while the commentators try to prove the reality of using Samsung-branded products (excluding the troll comments and spam, of course), while I've never seen this behavior being applied to other brands, proving their bias towards Samsung-branded products
