samsung is like the iphone of android, but it does suck in fact, its not as good as htc and sony, or even lg

WP didn't bring disaster to Samsung. Why would Tizen bring disaster to Samsung??? This assertion is baseless. Samsung successfully spread their risk across different OS and products. You hit one, they survive with Android.
Fact is these OSes are just niches which Samsung wants to be able to offer to everyone (much like they have an Android phone for every level of the market). It is not their bread-and-butter like Android. A failed Tizen will not bring disaster to Samsung anywhere near a failed WM will bring disaster to Nokia or a failed BB10 will break BlackBerry. If Android fails then maybe Samsung will, but the signs would have shown long before and they would have moved to their other OSes (which works well with their current setup).

Android on the other hand Samsung is doing fantastic with and leading the mobile industry.
Tizen now is incorporating Bada son bada still lives on. And they have been working on it for quite some time. Obviously they are not releasing it until it's ready to shine....hopefully

If Samsung fails with Tizen, expect crazy market share for Apple, HTC and Nokia WPs.
Tizen may bring Disaster to Samsung, in case users disagree to switch to use it.

How was Bada OS a disaster?
Lets see Bada OS in the "Wave" Series of handsets has been around since January 2010, that is now 3 years and 5 months that Bada OS has been around for and thus the same range of the Wave series handsets.
I had the Wave S8500, got it in August 2010, from memory it had the JF2 firmware which was Bada 1.0XAJF2 (Open Europe JF2), by the end of August 2011 (12 months later) it was up to Bada 2.0XAKJ1 (Open Europe JK1).
In between JF2 and JK1 there was the Bada 1.2 update (which was for the Wave II S8530).
So in basically 1.5 years Samsung had developed 3 major firmware revisions for Wave owners.
Not bad for a so called crap Mobile OS. Yes Bada 1.0 was not the best but Bada 1.2 did include some great built in features like T9 Trace (i.e.: Samsung's own version of Swype keyboard)better mutli-tasking support, voice turn by turn Navigation Samsung LBS (re: Route66), great multi-media support where it played by DivX/XviD, WMV/WMA, MPEG4, AAC, eAAC, MP3, it even played back FLAC audio files , very good 720p Mpeg4 video recording and decent 5MP camera.
On the multi-media front the Wave was a awesome, it also was the first mobile to have Bluetooth 3, WiFi Hopspot and of course on the screen front it had Super AMOLED yes it was pentile with 480x800 resolution (which in 2010 was king resolution) but on the smaller 3.3" size pentile was not a problem at all (unlike the larger 4" Galaxy S of the same era).
Bada 2.0 fixed up may issues with regards to memory handling which meant even more responsive multi-tasking and the new UI gave it a better touchwiz feel inline with the then Galaxy S II, you can also add touch to focus software for the camera (pictures and videos) and also better flash player content support and other changes that brought Bada OS up to better standards and then to top it all off for 2 years Bada OS was beating the much hyped Windows Phone 7/7.5/7.8 based handsets out there.
So for anyone to say that Samsung failed with Bada OS obviously never owned a Bada OS handset or simply dont understand, yeah they killed it by merging Bada with TIZEN but the end result is you have MeeGo (Intel) and Bada (Samsung) merged together to form TIZEN ...
Will Samsung try to make it work?
Of course they will.
The question is will Samsung APPS store be enough to tempt potential buyers to use TIZEN OS?
WHo knows, but you have to look at the Blackberry World model to see if a 4th player in that market place works, i.e.: 1: Apple App Store, 2: Google Play Store, 3: 3 Windows Phone Store & 4: Blackberry World Store.
Samsung APPS store currently supports two and soon 3 OS markets:
Android
Bada
TIZEN
anf that my friends is where the real mobile is.

If you buy a Tizen phone, think, Samsung can let drop Tizen next year, as they do with Bada, so if you want waste your money, that a good idea.....they do not have respect for the user, just thnk on the profit.....
