    LazyEngineer, 24 Jan 2024Lol ..... Manufactured E-waste 😂It's not an E waste.

It works, but why would you want to? The type of person buying this, it's either their only computing device, in which case they're probably not on YouTube, or they have a computer, which is well infinitely better. It may be different in places like india or other places where it's very common to live in poverty, but here in Canada anybody buying that phone ain't on YouTube.

like vivo Y81i and redmi 6a for example.
also, even with android go, you can somehow install a game. just not the demanding ones.

It's limiting, but after all it's designed to make chips like that usable. If a phone has an A22 and ships with stock android 13, the problem is not the chip, though it is weak, it is the OS. The A22 is still more than powerful enough for communication.

Back in 2023 I actually dailied it with nothing but messaging and music apps for a week, as a challenge and a sort of digital detox. For that purpose, it worked well, and I think that gives us an insight as to what the chip was designed to do. It is not a gaming chip. However, because it runs android, it's very easy to run a game on it. Yed, I agree such weak chips shouldn't be used in anything over 60$. However, it fulfills it's purpose, which is communication, and I think that's all we can ask of it for the very low price.
