Aierlan, 03 Feb 2024I agree they shouldn't bother renaming it. Just call ... moreBest explanation and, in all likelihood, the reason.

No 512gb is disappointing. There is already iqoo 11 with same chip around 40,000.

HyperionBurn, 03 Feb 2024nah we'll have an iQoo neo 9 pro+ GT Ultra edition wit... moreJokes aside, Free Fire is pure dogturd

jiyen235, 03 Feb 2024Why do Indians have to get the Neo9 rebranded as a Neo9 Pro... moreI agree they shouldn't bother renaming it. Just call it the Iqoo neo 9 like in China. However, the actual base model makes way more sense rather than the Chinese pro model. The regular neo 9 is by far the bigger seller of the two in China as the price is really good. The Chinese pro model is going to cost at least an extra 12,000 in India compared to the Chinese non pro model based on the difference in price in China. Would people pay that much more for dimensity 9300 and better ultrawide camera with the rest of the phone the same? The Iqoo 12 is available in India I think for those that want a proper flagship

Looks cool. Too bad for the hole at the top of the display..

Why do Indians have to get the Neo9 rebranded as a Neo9 Pro? It diminishes the value of the IQOO brand when a "Pro" model has last year's chipset, good for branding for the phone but bad for the image of the IQOO brand. Should've called it Neo9 and released it. Maybe the Neo9 Pro was indeed too good to be true

Rip, swapping Dimensity 9300 for Snapdragon is a big downgrade for me.

It sure looks nice, but why release so many phones in such short time frame? I feel like the software support will suffer.

They should have given 50MP Ultrawide Camera for Neo 9 Pro here in India just like China.. with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and starting variant should have been 12GB RAM and 256GB Storage... Other pricier options could have been 16GB and 512GB storage...

I know it's price would not be cheaper.. At that price - (expecting 35k price) it should have given 12gb ram as starting option.. They are providing nerfed options here in India as compared to China as China didn't have 8GB RAM Options

As Currently, phones like OnePlus Nord CE 3 are providing 12GB RAM and 256GB Storage for only 24k price in India. (i.e. @ 30% Cheaper price. )

justasmile, 03 Feb 2024So that means we're not going to have an Iqoo Neo9?nah we'll have an iQoo neo 9 pro+ GT Ultra edition with a Garena Free Fire special edition

So that means we're not going to have an Iqoo Neo9?
