How did someone get a bumper case for a phone that hasn't even been anounced yet?!! If you had your hands on an unannounced/unreleased phone, where in the hell would you find a case for it. I call fake!

well it could have a camera, the photo cuts the top left corner of rear view of device, exactly where the apple puts their camera usually.

Available for those that can afford it. As most people don't buy their phones Sim free the iPhone is easy to get. It is really time for people who think that the iPhone is some middle class right of passage to wake up. You can get an iPhone 5 on any network for a reasonable price.

Why did they take a picture to show the design of the "future" lowcost iphone with a bumper on it ? That makes no sense... Smells like fake.

Apple wont make budget phones... all they want to do is capture the Samsung high end market... Samsung high end phones are launched at price lil' lower than the Iphone, and the price starts reducing after sometime... So apple will introduce a cheaper Iphone which will compete to the already low/reduced price of Samsung high end phone... which will make ppl think...

But if it is cheap it goana deffinately rule the smartphon segment,without any doubt,honestly i will be the first to own it:))))))

If iPhone mini cheap for £149-£199 is fine if over £250 is rubbish I won't buy it because look bad esy break and no properly case cover......

Let me guess the general specs : ........ Single core a5 or dual core a3 clocked at 1GHz powervr530 3.5 inch 480x800 capacitive tft screen some 1500 or so mAh battery single camera may be some 3 or 5 mp 10+ mm in thickness ios 6.1+ 512mb or less ram and not more than 8Gb storage without expansion and miserable bluetooth sharing wi-fi b/g and one big clearly visible apple logo on it with no 4g nfc whatsoever... Probably gonna cost some 300 to 400 where 50 is for the phone and the rest ofcourse for the LOGO .. Thats it ...
Ios is the only thing u have that u cant buy under 50 in other cheap(by means of price) phones.... Wow !!

Could be a cheaper one for China only....Priced low,at 500$...Apple indeed die same time with Steve Jobs.They do nothing innovative,they are afraid that they are losing money,and they will.Apple is a sinking boat.

Apple has been known as a company catering to customers who demand quality and design and are willing to pay for it. I just can't see they would shift focus so dramatically. But hey, Tim is no Steve and whatever he did was, like somebody mentioned here, an epic fail. The last successful thing he launched was 4S but that was Steve's design. All I am saying it would be a big mistake to venture into cheaper phones as it will kill the overall company image. Well......if there is any image left that is.

i think it's inevitable for apple to release a budget iPhone for 2 reasons: first, samsung is eating up market share in all segments, whether it be high end, midrange or budget, and second, apple is running out of innovative ideas (translation: no steve jobs = epic fail)
